Hillcrest High School Application Forms

Grade 8 Applications for 2027 will open on 12 January 2026. Grade 8 Applications close on 15 May 2026.

Please download the 2027 Hillcrest High School Application Forms and the Hillcrest High School Code of Conduct and the Financial Clearance Form and complete in full. All applications need to be hand delivered by a parent or guardian, to the Hillcrest High School Front Office. Office hours are 7:30 - 3:00, Monday to Thursday and 2:30 on a Friday. Please ensure that all of the necessary documentation is attached to your application as incomplete applications cannot be accepted. You will also be required to comply with the POPI information form. 

Grade 9-11 Applications for 2027 will open in June 2026. Parents/Guardians need to complete the 2027 Hillcrest High School Application Forms, the Hillcrest High School Code of Conduct and the Financial Clearance Form. These will need to be hand delivered along with all of the required documentation to our Front Office. You will also be required to comply with the POPI information form.

OPEN DAYS

Wednesday 4 February 2026: Feeder School Open Day. Grade 7's from Hillcrest Primary, Forest View Primary and Winston Park Primary.

Saturday, 7 February 2026: Open Day Tours will take place at 8:30, 10:00 and 11:30 and 13:00. Booking for tours is essential. Please follow the link Book Your Tour on Quicket.
