Hillcrest High School prides itself in the provision of an exceptional environment in which learners can thrive academically. From the Learner Support Unit for those learners who have learning challenges, to the Honour Society where high academic achievers are provided with additional mentoring, to programmes that work to ensure that learners who fall into the middle ground academically are supported with extra lessons, challenged to push themselves further, and inspired to give of their best, our aim is to give each and every learner the opportunity to be the best THEY can be.
In 2025 a total of 219 candidates wrote the Matric Exams last year with 164 receiving a Bachelors’ pass and 219 distinctions, excluding Further Studies in Mathematics, achieved overall.
