HIKING / BACKPACKING

The backpacking programme for Term 2 is as follows:

16-20 Jun	Sani Pass to Sehlabathebe Lodge via Sani Top Backpackers Lodge, Sandleni Cave and Mzimude Cave. Payment of R320 for hutted accommodation confirms your booking.	68	900	5

If you are interested in participating in any of the above hikes or the Highmoor campout, please enquire at the Help Desk in the Computer Centre. You are expected to contribute your portion of the transport costs in addition to the overnight / accommodation / camping fee. This is usually about R120 pp. Bring your own food, sleeping bag and hiking stove. Backpacks can be arranged for those who don't have their own. We extend an open invitation to reasonably fit parents to participate in these hikes as well! The MICs can be reached on 031-7651215 Ext. 211.
